Use this checklist before requesting a quote or approving a wholesale hair topper order.

1. Buyer and market
- Buyer type: topper boutique / replacement studio / salon chain / distributor / private-label brand
- Target market: US / UK / EU / Japan / other
- Product positioning: stock item / custom item / private-label line
- Expected retail or wholesale price level

2. Product specification
- Product category: women's hair topper / men's hair system / forehead wig piece
- Base size and base construction
- Hair length, color range, density and parting style
- Clips, PU perimeter, lace front, mono or silk top requirements
- Packaging, label, SKU name, barcode and carton mark needs

3. Sample approval
- Confirm physical sample before bulk production when the specification is new
- Keep the approved sample as the reorder reference
- Save written comments and a final specification sheet
- Confirm sample cost, sample lead time and shipping method

4. Pre-shipment QC
- Request photos or video of base size, color, density, clips, knots, packaging and quantity
- Compare QC proof with the approved sample and spec sheet
- Confirm labels, SKU names, packing quantity and carton marks
- Confirm commercial invoice and customs document needs

5. Reorder control
- Keep one stable spec sheet per SKU
- Record approved color, density, base and packaging details
- Confirm reorder MOQ, production lead time and shipping plan before stock runs low
